We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 30 days of purchase. Please note, items purchased at a 25% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. 

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. 

For International orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Suphere. 

Suphere reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. 

For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Suphere will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Suphere. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us. 

Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.
